Refund Policy

At Ipet, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply reach out to us within 30 days of your initial purchase, and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. The only exception to this policy is if there is evidence of downloading, copying, or redistributing content from our site for offline use or resale. Such actions will disqualify you from receiving a refund.

For products with recurring billing, the 30-day refund policy applies only to the first payment. Subsequent payments are subject to automatic monthly rebilling.

Please note that if we observe frequent refund requests from a customer within a specific timeframe, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases and will inform you in advance.

Overview Our refund policy is straightforward: request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase, and we will process it promptly.

Terms and Conditions The following terms are designed to prevent abuse of our refund policy and ensure fairness for all customers:

One-Time Payment Refunds For one-time payment purchases, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Please submit your request to our support team by 11:59 PST on the 30th day.

Payment Plan Payments Refund Period The refund policy for the first payment of a payment plan is the same as for one-time payments.

Cancellation Payment plans are binding agreements to complete all payments. However, we may cancel a plan upon request after the initial 30 days, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Access to the product will be revoked upon cancellation. To resume access, a new payment plan must be started.

Cancellations should be requested at least 3 working days before the next scheduled payment. We are not responsible for charges incurred due to late cancellation requests.

Late Payments If a payment fails, access to the product will be temporarily suspended until payment is successful. We will attempt to contact you, but it is your responsibility to address any failed payments within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in removal from the course without a refund.

Excessive Refunds We reserve the right to restrict future purchases if we notice an excessive number of refunds from a customer. We will notify you in advance if this action is necessary.

Refund Validity We may refuse a refund in cases of documented course plagiarism, misuse of course content, participation in unauthorized group buys, or use of the course in unintended ways.

Community Etiquette Refunds may also be denied for abusive behavior towards our members or team, repeated rule violations in our community channels, or abusive conduct towards our team via official channels.

Chargebacks We encourage resolving issues through our support channels. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a ban from our platforms and cooperation with payment processors to dismiss the case.

We advise against submitting fraudulent chargebacks and encourage using our official channels for legitimate refund requests.
