Coming to the Puppy Perfection, I can only say that the ball is in your court. From my experience, I would say the program is all right since I’ve used dog training programs before.
However, if this is your first time, going with the DIY option isn’t going to be helpful. The main reason being is that it’s just the course, there’s no one to guide you, just a set of videos with some paper works, that’s it.
Basically, you’re left stranded.

I was glad to find this article. While researching different training programs out there I looked at how to train a dream dog. I watched a few videos and joined the fb group to test the waters. I couldn’t figure out why I was turned off by the videos then I was reading the fb responses and comments and I found her to be a little condescending to everyone who did not blindly follow her and her methods. I figured maybe she had like Yale, Harvard, and dog university credentials but I couldn’t really find anything that would merit her attitude. I’m not meaning to be a keyboard warrior and I respect that this is her business model and It may work for some people and I don’t have to be one of them and that’s fine.I however continued to find myself empathizing with people asking questions or being so very overwhelmed because let’s face it even the best pups are challenging in one way or another. Some of her answers were cringy and her demands that others should not give their opinions because they are not qualified was sad and discouraging and there were more than a few people that posted that they returned their puppies. I feel like she may have been approached about her if you don’t have all the money and time in the world you should not have a dog attitude because she proudly put out a dollar tree video about enrichment activities on the cheap. It felt like a lame that’s not what I meant attempt. Again I have had no skin in this game and spent zero dollars on her methods. My whole point of this is just to inform potential dog moms and dads that this program is definitely for a certain client type and if that’s not you don’t be disappointed or discouraged there are lots of programs out there that can help you and your dog thrive the way you are!
